Art.1 Organizer

The organizer of the “CAR OF THE WEEK” campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is the company S.C. NORD TOUR S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), registered at the Ia?i Registry Office under no. J-22-294 / 2002, CUI RO 14530473, headquartered in Bd. Independen?ei 15-17, TR. 2, Bl. B1-5, Ground floor, Ia?i, postal code 700101, Jud. Iasi Romania.

1.2. The campaign will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of this Official Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), being mandatory for all participants. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations during the Campaign, having the obligation to officially announce the public on the website and at the Organizer`s headquarters. Such changes shall be made public at least 24 hours before the entry into force.

1.3. During the campaign, the Regulations will be available, free of charge, to any applicant, on the website www.romaniarentacar.eu and in physical format at the Organizer`s headquarters.

The campaign is addressed to all individuals over the age of 21 and are holders of a driving license of at least 1 year, who rent a car from S.C. NORD TOUR S.R.L. and accept the terms and conditions of this Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”). S.C. employees are not eligible to participate in this Campaign. NORD TOUR S.R.L..

The campaign will run for a long time. Its end will be announced by the organizer in due time. The car models will be changed weekly, and the participants will be notified through this page, but also on the social networks.

4.1. The Organizer will offer for the entire duration of the Campaign, to all Participants who fall according to Art. 2, a 20% discount on the (basic) rental price of the car rental service for selected car models.

4.2. Participants who rent a car will receive a discount on the STANDARD and PLUS benefit packages, depending on the car model chosen by the organizer each week for presentation.

4.3. The discount will be valid only for the model of the week and will apply to bookings made in that week, for trips between 31.01-30.06.2022 and 01.09-15.12.2022.

4.4. Price reductions do not apply to additional services (driver, GPS, child seat, snow chains).

4.5. Participants do not have the right to request the cash value (RON, currency, etc.) of the discounts offered.

4.6. These discounts do not combine with other discounts and promotions.

4.7. The promotion will be offered, if Art. 2 and Art. 3 are observed, for any model of rented car from any class of cars, provided that they are available in the car fleet of the Organizer.

5.1. Participation in the Campaign implies the obligation to comply with the provisions of this Regulation.

5.2. By participating in this Campaign, Participants agree that their personal data will be entered into the S.C. NORD TOUR S.R.L., as a personal data operator, these can be used for marketing activities carried out by the Organizer, in compliance with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of personal data.

5.3. According to the provisions of Law no. 677/2001, the Participants have free access to the personal data collected or processed by the Organizer, through a written request, dated and signed, addressed to S.C. NORD TOUR S.R.L., in Bd. Independen?ei 15-17, TR. 2, Bl. B1-5, Ground floor, Ia?i, postal code 700101, Jud. Iasi Romania. Participants also have the right to intervene on personal data, and may, as appropriate, request the rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data whose processing is not in accordance with Law no. 677/2001, especially of incomplete or inaccurate data. Under the above conditions, the Participants may also request the transformation into anonymous data of data whose processing is not in accordance with the law, having the right to oppose at any time, for good and legitimate reasons related to the particular situation, as the data is intended to be processed, unless otherwise provided by law. Participants also have the right to oppose at any time, free of charge and without any justification, that the data concerning them be processed for the purpose of direct marketing or be disclosed to third parties for such purpose.

Any disputes between the Organizer and the Campaign Participants will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent courts.

By participating in the Campaign, the Participants agree with the provisions of this Regulation.
