SC Nord Tour SRL (identified by VAT RO14530473), through its agency (named "Travis") is the owner and the operator of www.travis.ro website. Travis understands the importance of preserving the confidentiality of its clients and, consequently, is committed to safeguarding personal data obtained from the travel contracts concluded with tourists, according to Romanian legislation.

Travis will collect mandatory information such as name, personal identification number, ID Card, contact details, travel details (date of travel, origin and destination of journey etc.) through its own agencies, partner agencies or through its websites (www.romaniatransfers.eu, www.travis.ro, www.fly4.ro, www.iasi-rentacar.ro, www.romaniarentacar.eu).

Travis may use your personal information in order to conclude the travel contract and to ensure that the website is relevant to customers` needs. Travis provides information about its activities, products and services to actual clients, website visitors and future clients in order to enroll them in the loyalty program called myTravis.

Information provided by clients will be considered and will start from the assumption that passengers have given their consent for personal data to be used by Travis to serve the purposes mentioned above. Travis can`t use personal data provided by customers for other purposes than those mentioned above, excepting that purpose is expressly stated in writing.

Personal data may be disclosed to a third party if required by law or in cases of "good faith" when it is necessary to be in compliance with the law, to protect and defend Travis` property rights and websites and to make possible the protection of staff and customers, in case of emergency.

In case of disputes related or not with frauds, personal data will be legally disclosed to legal accredited institutions, without the client`s consent. When the law requires and enables the disclosure of personal data to third parties, Travis will provide only data required to resolve the issue.
