The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before rental time and the prepayment will be full refunded. If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the rental time, the prepayment amount is nonrefundable.

If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before the rental, the prepayment will be considered as deposit for the next reservation (credit voucher), valid for next 12 months.
It is allowed to change the rental date, time, pick-up/drop-off location, vehicle, type of SMART service package (Budget, Standard, Plus), optional services, subject to availability, without paying a fee. If the price resulting from the change is higher than the initial one, the price difference will be paid.
