The organizer of the “LAST MINUTE CAR RENTAL” campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is the company S.C. NORD TOUR S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), registered at the Iasi Registry Office under no. J-22-294 / 2002, CUI RO 14530473, headquartered in Bd. Independentei 15-17, TR. 2, Bl. B1-5, Ground floor, Iasi, postal code 700101, Jud. Iasi Romania.

1.2. The campaign will be conducted following the provisions of this Official Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), which is mandatory for all participants. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations during the Campaign, and it is obligated to officially announce them on the website and at the Organizer`s headquarters. Such changes shall be made public at least 24 hours before their entry into force.

1.3. During the campaign, the Regulations will be available, free of charge, to any applicant, on the website www.rentacar.travis.ro/en and in physical format at the Organizer`s headquarters.

Art.2 The right to participate

The campaign is addressed to all individuals over the age of 21 and are holders of a driving license of at least 1 year, who rent a car from S.C. NORD TOUR S.R.L. and accept the terms and conditions of this Regulation (from now on referred to as “Participants”). S.C. NORD TOUR S.R.L. employees are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

Art.3 Duration of the Campaign

The campaign will take place until 15.12.2024. Constantly, information about this campaign will be posted on the Organizer`s social media pages.

Depending on availability, the campaign can be extended, but this aspect will be communicated in good time both on the Organizer`s website (https://romaniarentacar.eu/en) and on social media platforms.

Art.4 Promotion offered within the Campaign

4.1. The Organizer will offer a 25% discount from the base price for the first day of last-minute car rentals, with a minimum duration of two days, to all Participants who qualify under Article 2 throughout the Campaign duration.

4.2. Participants renting a vehicle will receive the price discount for the STANDARD and PLUS benefit packages, depending on the occupancy rate of the car class (up to 60%).

4.3. The discount will only be valid for the selected car models and will apply to reservations made during the specified period.

4.4. Price discounts do not apply to additional services (driver, GPS, child seat, snow chains, etc.).

4.5. Participants are not entitled to request a cash equivalent (RON, currency, etc.) of the offered discounts.

4.6. These discounts cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions.

4.7. The promotion will be offered, provided that Articles 2 and 3 are respected, for the rented vehicle models from the selected car classes, as long as they are available in the Organizer`s car fleet.

Art.5 Informing the Participants according to Law No. 677/2001

5.1. Participation in the Campaign implies the obligation to comply with the provisions of this Regulation.

5.2. By participating in this Campaign, Participants agree that their data will be entered into the S.C. NORD TOUR S.R.L., as a personal data operator, these can be used for marketing activities carried out by the Organizer, in compliance with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of personal data.

5.3. According to the provisions of Law no. 677/2001, the Participants have free access to the personal data collected or processed by the Organizer, through a written request, dated and signed, addressed to S.C. NORD TOUR S.R.L., in Bd. Independentei 15-17, TR. 2, Bl. B1-5, Ground floor, Iasi, postal code 700101, Jud. Iasi Romania. Participants also have the right to intervene in personal data. They may, as appropriate, request the rectification, updating, blocking, or deletion of data whose processing is not following Law no. 677/2001, especially of incomplete or inaccurate data. Under the above conditions, the Participants may also request the transformation into anonymous data of data whose processing is not following the law, having the right to oppose at any time, for good and legitimate reasons related to the particular situation, as the data is intended to be processed unless otherwise provided by law. Participants also have the right to oppose at any time, free of charge and without any justification, that the data concerning them be processed for direct marketing or be disclosed to third parties for such purpose.

Art.6 Litigation

Any disputes between the Organizer and the Campaign Participants will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent courts.

Art.7 Final provisions

By participating in the Campaign, the Participants agree with the provisions of this Regulation.
